Description

You will own the end-to-end testing processes for software notices to ensure high-quality, bug-free deliverables.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, system integration (SIT), and accessibility testing using automated tools.
• Define test scenarios and develop reusable test scripts based on functional requirements and user stories.
• Perform API and service testing to verify and compare outputs.
• Conduct data setup, execute test cases, and perform root cause analysis for defects identified during triage.
• Analyze test results and communicate risks, issues, and status reports to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end software/IT application testing.
• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Ability to investigate and understand data formats including JSON, XML, and HTML.
• Experience with database query tools such as pgAdmin4, SQL Developer, or TOAD.
• Experience with test management tools like JIRA or ALM.
• Experience with accessibility testing tools such as JAWS.
• Strong understanding of data integration testing with external applications.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience working in healthcare or government settings with knowledge of insurance principles and eligibility systems.
• Experience with Enterprise Content Management.
