Description

You will execute end-to-end testing for software and IT applications within an Agile SDLC, ensuring functional integrity and accessibility across the release pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver reusable test cases, scripts, and scenarios based on functional requirements and user stories.
• Perform system integration, functional, regression, positive, negative, and accessibility testing to verify system behavior.
• Execute API and service testing using industry tools to verify and compare outputs against expected results.
• Conduct data setup, execute test cases, and perform root cause analysis for defects to drive timely fixes.
• Troubleshoot production problem tickets, support retesting, and communicate risks during defect triage and stakeholder meetings.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end software testing as a QA Analyst.
• Proficiency with API testing tools including Postman and SOAP UI.
• Experience with accessibility testing using JAWS.
• Ability to investigate data structures in JSON, XML, and HTML formats.
• Competency with database query tools such as pgAdmin4, SQL Developer, or TOAD.
• Experience with data integration testing and external applications.
• 2+ years of experience supporting benefits management program eligibility processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and test management tools like JIRA or ALM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare or government settings with knowledge of insurance principles and eligibility systems.
• Experience with Enterprise Content Management solutions like OpenText Extream.
