Description

You will support the planning, design, and execution of system testing for the Common Noticing Solution (CNS).

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, system integration, and accessibility testing.
• Develop reusable test cases and scripts based on functional requirements and user stories.
• Perform API and service testing to verify outputs using industry tools.
• Conduct data setup, execute test cases, and perform root cause analysis during defect triage.
• Troubleshoot production problem tickets and support retesting for timely patching.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end software/IT application testing.
• 2+ years of experience supporting eligibility management processes within a benefits management program.
• Experience with API/service testing and automation using tools such as Postman or SOAP UI.
• Ability to investigate and understand data file formats including JSON, XML, and HTML.
• Experience performing data integration testing with external applications.
• Proficiency in testing within an Agile SDLC environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
