Description

You will plan, design, and execute system testing for complex notices within the Common Noticing Solution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, system integration (SIT), and accessibility testing using automated tools.
• Develop reusable test cases and scripts based on functional requirements and user stories.
• Perform API and service testing to verify outputs using industry-standard tools.
• Conduct data setup, execute test cases, and perform root cause analysis during defect triage.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production problem tickets to support timely patching.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end software/IT application testing.
• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman or Soap UI.
• Ability to investigate data file formats including JSON, XML, and HTML.
• Experience with accessibility testing tools like JAWS.
• Experience using database query tools such as Toad, pgAdmin4, or SQL Developer.
• 2+ years supporting benefits management program eligibility processes.
• Experience in healthcare or government settings with knowledge of insurance principles.
• Proficiency with JIRA, ALM, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data integration testing involving external applications.
