Description

You act as the final gatekeeper for software quality before live deployment of our SaaS product.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain manual test suites for the product.
• Study product specifications to prepare detailed test cases.
• Log and track defects using management tools.
• Analyze, debug, and troubleshoot issues involving databases, servers, and configurations.
• Configure testing environments to simulate various device configurations, form factors, and infrastructure failures.

Required Skills

• 0-5 years of experience in software testing.
• Hands-on experience testing in LAMP environments.
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar issue tracking platforms.
• Experience with web service testing using REST, JSON, and HTTP.
• Knowledge of functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Knowledge of database testing, script testing, and browser testing.
• Understanding of web concepts including HTML and webservers.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational database management systems.
• Experience with at least one web security tool.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium.
• Basic knowledge of JMeter for API, load, and distributed testing.
