Description

You own the end-to-end manual testing lifecycle for Android and iOS applications, ensuring functional integrity, accessibility compliance, and smooth upgrade paths.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing across functional, regression, smoke, integration, system, and UAT phases for mobile apps.
• Prepare and maintain detailed test cases, scenarios, and plans covering multilingual and region-specific configurations.
• Perform accessibility testing and validate compliance against WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards, documenting findings with clear reproduction steps.
• Conduct API testing and backend validation using Postman to verify client-server behavior and data flow integrity.
• Manage the defect lifecycle in JIRA/TestRail/DevOps and drive root cause analysis with actionable troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software testing with strong hands-on manual QA expertise.
• Proficiency in mobile testing for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Experience executing functional, regression, smoke, integration, system testing, and UAT.
• Ability to create and maintain comprehensive test cases, scenarios, and test plans.
• Strong defect lifecycle management and root cause analysis capabilities.
• API testing and backend validation skills using Postman.
• Knowledge of accessibility testing aligned to WCAG 2.1/2.2.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MS SQL for database validation.
• Deep expertise in advanced regression testing strategies.
