Ensure high standards for healthcare diagnostic products and processes through rigorous quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality-related activities to ensure product and process standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance of healthcare products in accordance with industry standards.
• Define project goals, milestones, and ensure timely project completion.
• Provide solutions to complex problems that are compliant and aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of work experience in Quality or a related field.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and ALM tools.
• Proficiency in HP Quality Center.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards and quality system compliance.
• Ability to execute SDLC activities, perform manual and automated testing.
• Experience managing the defect lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant experience in healthcare diagnostics.
