Description

You will own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for web services and integrated systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop test cases derived from use cases and power user interviews.
• Execute test automation scripts within a web services development environment.
• Perform black box, white box, load, and integrated systems testing.
• Validate database content and multiple interfaces, including SOA and Web Services.
• Reproduce reported system bugs and document confirmed defects in RTC.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a software quality assurance specialist.
• Proficiency with Agile methodology and structured development methodologies.
• Experience testing databases and writing SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC), IBM Rational Performance Tester, and IBM Rational Functional Tester.
• Experience testing across different web browsers and various operating systems.
• Usage of JAWS, Microsoft Project Server, and SharePoint.
