Description

You will own the testing lifecycle for web, mobile, and API applications within an agile team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user stories and requirements to provide feedback on system-wide impacts.
• Develop detailed test strategies, plans, and test cases for functional, integration, regression, and post-release phases.
• Execute manual and automated tests, report bugs with detailed troubleshooting analysis, and advocate for resolutions.
• Maintain onsite photo lab equipment, manage consumables inventory, and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with the team to ensure quality goals are met.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Shift Left and Test-Driven Development.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications across various devices, browsers, and operating systems (Windows and Linux).
• Manual and/or automated API testing using Postman or Bruno.
• Working knowledge of JSON, XML, and SQL.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Test Manager, or similar tools.
• Ability to design, develop, and modify automated test scripts using proprietary or existing frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both software defects and hardware equipment (printers, scanners, cameras).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Experience with system backup and restore software (e.g., Symantec Ghost).
