Description

You will own the full testing lifecycle for web, mobile, and API applications, ensuring system quality through manual and automated testing strategies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user stories and requirements to identify system-wide impacts and provide feedback to the agile team.
• Develop and execute test strategies, plans, and detailed test cases across Web UI, Mobile UI, API, and database layers.
• Perform exploratory testing on complex user workflows and execute manual and automated tests to verify functionality.
• Report bugs with detailed troubleshooting analysis, reproduction steps, and impact assessment to prioritize resolution.
• Maintain onsite photo lab equipment, including troubleshooting, calibration, maintenance scheduling, and inventory management of consumables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Proficiency in JSON, XML, and SQL for data validation and API testing.
• Experience with manual and/or automated API testing using Postman or Bruno.
• Skilled in Functional, System, Performance, and Acceptance testing techniques.
• Experience working in Agile environments with methodologies like Shift Left and Test-Driven Development.
• Ability to design, develop, and modify automated test scripts using proprietary or existing frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience reviewing software analytic data and logs to pinpoint defects.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Test Manager, or similar test management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of photo lab hardware (printers, scanners, cameras) and testing printers.
• Experience with system backup and restore software (Symantec Ghost).
• Ability to train staff on equipment use and maintenance procedures.
