Description

You will own the testing lifecycle for web, mobile, and API products while maintaining onsite photo lab equipment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user stories and requirements, providing feedback on system-wide and end-user impact.
• Design and execute manual and automated test strategies across Web UI, Mobile UI, API, and database layers.
• Develop automated test scripts using the proprietary framework and modify existing test suites.
• Perform exploratory testing, functional, integration, regression, and post-release validation.
• Maintain onsite photo lab equipment, troubleshoot hardware issues, and manage consumable inventory.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Shift Left and Test-Driven Development.
• Experience testing APIs using Postman or Bruno, with working knowledge of JSON, XML, and SQL.
• Experience with web and mobile testing across various devices, browsers, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Ability to analyze software analytics, logs, and troubleshoot complex defects.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Test Manager, or similar test management tools.
• Knowledge of photo lab hardware (printers, scanners) and ability to maintain calibration and equipment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with system backup and restore software (e.g., Symantec Ghost).
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
