Description

You will validate Voice and Video IP-based products and Unified Communications applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute test planning and software testing for VoIP products, peripherals, and hybrid work solutions.
• Test Android telephony applications and embedded products using SIP, H.323, SDP, RTP, TCP, and UDP protocols.
• Perform system validation on IP-based call servers, networking switches, and routers.
• Develop and maintain Java-based test automation for video conferencing solutions.
• Manage testing workflows within Agile methodologies using Jira and Test Rail.

Required Skills

• 3-7 years of experience in manual testing of Voice/Video IP products.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Perl.
• Deep understanding of SIP, H.323, SDP, RTP, TCP, and UDP protocols.
• Experience testing Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or similar video conferencing applications.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments and Docker containers or VM environments.
• Solid networking knowledge including TCP/IP, IP routing, DNS, firewalls, and certificate management.
• Experience with computer networking hardware such as hubs, switches, and routers.
• CCNA or CCNP certification.
• Experience with Android device testing for Unified Communications.
