Description

You will lead functional testing efforts and guide a QA team through the full testing lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements to derive test plans, test cases, and testing scopes.
• Review test case design and execution while managing bug retests and assignments.
• Identify necessary data environments and specific datasets for testing.
• Represent QA in client meetings and communicate directly with business users.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in QA functional testing.
• Domain expertise in US healthcare, specifically Facets and EDI processes.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage or health insurance projects.
• Proficiency in SQL at a basic to intermediate level.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working within Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills for requirement and user story analysis.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Azure DevOps Services as a testing tool.
• Hands-on experience with HPQC, Jira, or ADO.
