Description

Lead end-to-end testing strategies and quality oversight for healthcare applications.

Responsibilities

• Design test strategies for integration, end-to-end, and UAT phases across cross-functional teams.
• Develop test scenarios and cases from scratch, maintaining a traceability matrix within Zephyr.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to document, triage, and manage defects.
• Participate in application design discussions to provide QA expertise and insight.
• Execute testing throughout build rollouts across various environments using Agile/Hybrid methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading testing and strategizing test plans.
• 5+ years of experience coordinating large-scale E2E activities for multiple teams.
• 5-6 years of experience developing test scripts and cases using Zephyr, JIRA, or ALM.
• 5-6 years of experience with defect management tools such as JIRA or ALM.
• 5 years of experience creating end-to-end test scenarios across multiple systems.
• 4 years of experience in a healthcare environment (payer domain, claims, enrollment, or portals).
• 4 years of experience performing end-to-end testing across multiple applications.
• 2-3 years of experience with Oracle and SQL databases for test data extraction.
• Experience with mobile responsiveness testing tools like CBT or BitBar.

Preferred Skills

• 2-3 years of experience working with AWS Cloud applications and DevOps.
