Description

You will lead the implementation and maintenance of an end-to-end automation framework focused on scalability and reusability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium or TestComplete to drive script integration within CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop data-driven automation models and modular scripts for functional, regression, and sanity testing across multiple products.
• Design proactive automation for APIs, microservices, and backend database validation, including ETL transformation testing.
• Lead onsite and offshore teams in standardizing error handling, logging, script maintenance, and issue management.
• Manage the automation roadmap, delivery plans, and daily execution metrics while providing consolidated dashboards to management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and automation.
• Proficiency with Selenium and Java for end-to-end script development.
• Hands-on experience with TestComplete for creating modular, reusable scripts.
• Experience managing code and version control using GitHub.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and AWS CodeBuild.
• Ability to perform parallel test execution to meet aggressive delivery deadlines.
• Experience with backend testing, including database validation and API integration.
• Competency in integrating test results into management tools like Zephyr.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading onsite and offshore teams.
• Background in ETL transformation testing.
