Description

You will own the testing lifecycle from requirements analysis through defect resolution for complex web applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and design documents to develop test plans and detailed test cases.
• Design, create, and modify automation frameworks to improve existing systems.
• Execute automated functional and regression test cases while documenting all issues and test results.
• Perform manual testing, data validation, and advanced SQL queries to manipulate data.
• Collaborate with development teams and customers to communicate functionality and resolve defects.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience testing complex web applications.
• 8 years of experience across all phases of the software development life-cycle.
• 7 years of experience creating automation frameworks and conducting automation testing.
• 7 years of proficiency in Selenium, TestNG, or similar functional automation tools.
• 5 years of experience with Java or a similar programming language.
• 5 years of experience with database and SQL languages.
• 3 years of experience with XML, JSON, and API testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WAPT Pro or other performance testing tools.
• Previous experience with Zephyr Scale, Jira, or the Texas Student Data System (TSDS).
