Description

You will build automated test libraries and a formal quality engineering framework for enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of a formal Quality Engineering framework and build automated test libraries.
• Mentor junior developers and testers in test design strategies and participate in a community of practice.
• Provide guidance on testability, performance, and code robustness during software creation and design.
• Implement in-sprint automation to ensure extensive code coverage through unit testing.
• Coordinate with developers to build backend tests, UI automation, and performance metrics, partnering with DevOps to optimize releases.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in quality engineering, consulting, or testing.
• 2+ years of experience as an SDET, test automation engineer, or developer.
• 2+ years of experience with software development using Java and Spring Boot.
• 2+ years of experience with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra, Couchbase, or MongoDB.
• 2+ years of experience with containerization.
• Experience with Selenium, Rest Assured, Postman, and Cucumber.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience on an Agile (SCRUM) team.
• 2+ years of experience in the retail industry involving SDLC and integration technologies.
