Description

You will manage the delivery, operations, and technology refresh of the Microsoft service suite, ensuring compliance with security standards and service levels.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery and operations of Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Enterprise Mobility Suite services.
• Translate technical designs into detailed technical specifications and functional requirements.
• Coordinate with infrastructure architects and system integrators to conduct proof-of-concepts for new technology solutions.
• Plan and support migration activities and technology refreshes for infrastructure services.
• Monitor infrastructure operations to ensure service delivery meets agreed service levels.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical delivery or quality management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Azure Active Directory, including on-premise synchronization and federation services.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Power Automate.
• Experience managing SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise Mobility Suite, including Intune, MCAS, and Azure Information Protection.
• Ability to document and operationalize processes and controls.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of government policies, standards, and security requirements.
