Description

You will manage the entire lifecycle of complex technical releases across multiple teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs.
• Coordinate with engineering, product, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment.
• Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps, timelines, and milestones.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and manage scope or schedule changes.
• Drive continuous process improvements using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or release management.
• Proven experience in Build and Release management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Experience with PostgreSQL Database and Oracle Database.
• Knowledge of EPM Oracle SaaS environments.
• Strong ability to plan, track, and execute complex technical programs.
• Demonstrated risk identification and mitigation skills.
