Description

You will enhance and maintain the existing FGA client SDKs across multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance FGA SDKs in Go, JavaScript, .NET, Python, and Java, primarily using the auto-generated framework.
• Customize and refine SDK templates to ensure consistency across all languages and handle configuration overrides.
• Implement core SDK features, including token exchange, robust error mapping, and retry logic with jitter.
• Develop comprehensive tests for all exposed methods, ensuring proper mocking of external requests.
• Optimize and manage CI processes for building, testing, and releasing SDK clients.
• Review incoming community pull requests and participate in code reviews to maintain high quality.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience as an SDK Developer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in at least one of Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, C# (.NET), Python, or Java.
• Solid understanding of SDK development principles and best practices.
• Experience with GitHub Actions and release workflows.
• Proven ability to implement error handling, retry logic, and manage parallelization.
• Strong ability to write effective tests and mock external requests.
• Familiarity with version control systems and PR-based development workflows.
• Knowledge of Docker, Make, Mustache Templates, and OpenAPI Generator.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems.
