Description

Lead solution and application architecture for medium to large engagements as the primary design authority.

Responsibilities

• Design technically complex solutions involving multiple components after scoping client requirements.
• Define architecture roadmaps and analyze cost-benefit trade-offs for various solution options.
• Conduct architecture design reviews and technical audits to ensure non-functional requirements are met.
• Identify and institutionalize best practices, design patterns, and reusable components across multiple accounts.
• Provide technical guidance to teams facing complex implementation issues during project delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software architecture or technical leadership.
• Proficiency in Java, Struts, and Hibernate.
• Deep understanding of Design Patterns and SOA.
• Experience with SDLC and automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of Test Automation and Automation Testing.
• Ability to define and measure architectural and technology quality metrics.
• Experience in requirement gathering and analysis within large transformation programs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in business development through technical proposals and lead generation.
• Proven ability in asset development and governance.
