Architect enterprise AI/ML solutions, focusing on LLMs, RAG, and Agentic workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and Agentic AI workflows.
• Validate and post-process structured outputs from LLMs to ensure high reliability.
• Optimize AI/ML system performance, scalability, and enterprise integration.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on technical architecture and technology selection.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in software solution architecture or senior engineering.
• Strong Python-based Data Science background.
• Hands-on expertise with AI/ML libraries, frameworks, and LLM-enabled solutions.
• Deep understanding of RAG architecture implementation and optimization.
• Experience designing Agentic AI workflows and enterprise-grade AI systems.
• Ability to articulate technical decisions, framework choices, and scalability details.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of deploying LLM solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience with structured output validation techniques for LLMs.
