Description

You will design and maintain technical solutions for Rhapsody code debugging, enhancements, and system maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Debug and enhance Rhapsody code while managing version upgrades and production migrations.
• Maintain system stability through server patching, application restarts, and certificate management.
• Manage error and hold queues, reprocessing messages and resolving connection issues.
• Monitor system health by clearing alerts and producing latency, response, and monthly status reports.
• Optimize Rhapsody memory management and storage requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT environments.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with HL7 version 2.x messaging and HL7 FHIR CDA standards.
• Working knowledge of healthcare vocabularies including LONIC, SNOMED, and RxNorm.
• Experience with Health Information Exchange (HIE) and Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) technologies.
• Ability to implement solutions based on specific Implementation Guides.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Rhapsody Integration Engine (7.x) and Rhapsody Developer Kit (RDK) for custom filters and mappers.
• Expertise in message payload translation between JSON, XML, and HL7 formats.
• Experience with Web Services (SOAP, REST, OAuth), TCP-connections, MLLP, and transport encryption (TLS, mutual authorization via certificates).
