Description

You will design and lead the implementation of complex software systems and customer-driven solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze high-level system specifications, business requirements, and use cases to create detailed system design plans.
• Provide advanced coding expertise to mitigate high-risk features and technical challenges.
• Estimate project resources, skill requirements, timeframes, and necessary tools.
• Validate complex design decisions and identify system dependencies.
• Mentor staff and lead development walkthroughs, unit testing, and system integration testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development and design.
• Lead-level experience with hands-on development in Java and AWS.
• Experience with GCP or Azure cloud platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Git/GitLab for source code control, branching, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of application architecture, integration strategies, and migration technologies.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, operating systems, and software-to-platform interconnectivity.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years of experience developing scalable, fault-tolerant applications for large enterprises.
• 5+ years of experience in the Payments domain, including wallet management and 3rd party processor integration.
• Expertise in Spring Framework and application performance tuning.
