You will design and maintain scalable application architectures while leading technical teams through the full software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using RESTful APIs and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to drive clean code best practices.
• Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability, driving DevSecOps adoption.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure WCAG 2.1 and ADA compliance in Human-Centered Design.
• Integrate systems with SQL Server, relational, and NoSQL databases.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with proven hands-on architecture or technical lead background.
• Expertise in .NET Core, .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and modern authentication protocols like OAuth2 and OpenID Connect.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards including ADA and WCAG 2.1.
• Experience with Unit Testing, Integration, and Test Automation using ADO.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in TDD or Test Automation using ADO, TestComplete, or similar tools.
• Understanding of microservices patterns such as service discovery, API gateways, and message queues.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
