Description

Lead end-to-end architecture and technical design for Salesforce-based case management and field service solutions. You will drive technical direction, mentor development teams, and ensure secure, scalable implementations across state agencies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions for case management, field service, and user engagement.
• Conduct org health checks and platform assessments to deliver actionable recommendations based on best practices.
• Lead development of software applications, server components, and services using Java and Oracle.
• Oversee proof-of-concepts (POCs) and validate technical feasibility against business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with secure application development lifecycle (SADLC) and State of Michigan security policies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile development environments.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce architecture and design.
• Experience with Java, SQL, and Oracle databases.
• Ability to design and implement CI/CD pipelines, including pipeline-as-code and automated testing.
• Experience gathering and analyzing technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and configuration management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Tier 2 applications with 24/7 operations for large user bases.
• Familiarity with State of Michigan system engineering methodologies.
