Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of agency applications using the State of Michigan System Engineering Methodology (SEM). This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including requirements gathering, planning, and design.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle for application releases, updates, and modifications in client/server and web server environments.
• Provide advanced technical lead support for Dynamics 365/Dynamics CRM systems.
• Execute testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of integrated systems.
• Drive Agile implementation using Azure DevOps Backlogs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software architecture or development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 (specifically Customer Service and case management).
• Deep knowledge of Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate and Power Pages.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, and SQL.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, HTML, Web Services, AJAX, and jQuery.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, and Team Foundation Server.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with North 52 BRE and Document Core Pack.
• Experience with .NET Forms Automation.
