Description

Define and enforce enterprise architecture standards to align development, infrastructure, and service delivery teams across agencies. This role drives technical consistency through standards definition, team education, and solution design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client and vendor teams to define and implement enterprise architecture standards.
• Influence development teams to design high-quality solutions that adhere to established agency standards.
• Investigate new technologies and techniques to integrate into the enterprise architecture.
• Educate application managers, developers, and business analysts on architecture requirements.
• Participate in RFP development and assist in the deployment of end-user reporting tools and data warehousing solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software architecture or technical leadership.
• Experience defining standards for .NET Design.
• Experience with Web UI Frameworks.
• Ability to drive standards in Performance Testing, Security, and Event Management.
• Knowledge of Application to Application Communication and Caching.
• Experience working with data warehousing and reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to document solutions and provide knowledge transfer to technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
