Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations for the State of Michigan. You will own the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, while managing Azure DevOps backlogs and providing advanced technical support.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and web portal solutions within client/server and web server environments.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle, including planning, analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
• Manage application releases, updates, and modifications while executing tasks using the State of Michigan System Engineering Methodology (SEM).
• Provide advanced technical support for Dynamics 365/CRM systems and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Execute project tasks within Agile implementations, managing backlogs in Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with MS Dynamics and Architect-level responsibilities.
• 3-5 years of experience with PowerApps and Web Portals.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.
• 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps and Infrastructure/Network/Application support.
• 5+ years of experience in technical customer service analysis and troubleshooting (ASP.NET, HTML, etc.).
• 1-3 years of experience in Database Architecture.
• Proficiency in MS Dynamics, PowerApps, Azure DevOps, ASP.NET, HTML, Java, JavaScript, XML, and SQL.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service case management and Power Automate/Power Pages.

Preferred Skills

• PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Certification.
• Experience with North 52 BRE, Document Core Pack, or .NET Forms Automation.
