Description

You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of EBR software and coordinate the software service request process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of EBR software, from reviewing business requirements to recommending standard solutions.
• Facilitate enterprise and EBR-ITDC software compliance reviews before procurement activities.
• Reconcile software purchases post-procurement to ensure traceability and accurate fulfillment.
• Track and provision software licenses while maintaining a comprehensive software portfolio for ServiceNow and asset management tools.
• Document current and target states for business capabilities to identify process simplification opportunities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software lifecycle or process coordination.
• Experience with EBR software environments.
• Knowledge of software compliance processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with business representatives.
• Ability to facilitate reviews and approvals at both delivery center and enterprise levels.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and organizational skills.
