Responsibilities

• Conduct situation and regression testing using established methodologies to verify software integrity.
• Analyze support incidents against development requirements to determine ownership and root causes.
• Resolve software-related issues reported by internal teams or external clients.
• Collaborate with product owners to align support efforts with project management goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and support.
• Proficiency in QA testing techniques, including regression and situation testing.
• Experience working with Product Owners and Project Management frameworks.
• Ability to analyze technical issues against specifications and resolve them.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
