Description

You will diagnose and resolve product issues for partners through email, phone, chat, and remote sessions.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, analyze, and document technical findings to resolve partner issues.
• Manage a queue of support cases while documenting all interactions and troubleshooting steps.
• Act as an escalation point for complex issues and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Contribute technical articles to internal and external knowledge bases.
• Report customer feedback and urgent technical situations to Engineering and appropriate teams.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of relevant experience in a technical support or service-oriented role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for partner interaction.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working across cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes based on partner requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows and Linux servers.
• Basic understanding of IT, Professional Services, CRM, and ERP markets.
