Lead global embedded software development projects, managing technical direction and program timing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design software architecture based on product requirements, reuse strategies, and industry standards.
• Write and review C code, adhering to internal and industry coding practices.
• Develop, document, and approve software design specifications.
• Analyze and debug embedded systems using instrumentation equipment.
• Lead and participate in software design peer reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in electronics or software design and testing.
• Proficiency in C programming language.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR, OSEK, MISRA, UDS, and Cyber Security.
• Proficiency with electronics and software testing tools.
• Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering field.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.

Preferred Skills

• Automotive embedded systems experience and understanding of Automotive SPICE standards.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management tools like PTC Integrity.
• Knowledge of Bluetooth, wireless communication, or CAN stack integration.
