You will manage and support custom software systems to ensure high-quality solution delivery and system stability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to configure and maintain custom software systems.
• Provide application support for critical software environments.
• Address and resolve technical tickets using ServiceNow.
• Ensure system performance and stability for client-facing solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or application support.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Linux OS.
• Experience managing BlackDuck and Coverity.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub.
• Direct experience using ServiceNow for incident management.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Jenkins, JIRA, and Artifactory.
• Experience with FlexLM license servers.
