Description

Lead front-end engineering teams to build customer experiences across mobile apps and websites.

Responsibilities

• Define technical direction for software architecture, design, testing, and automation.
• Manage and mentor engineering teams through hiring, coaching, and professional development.
• Own end-to-end delivery of software projects, from scope estimation to implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technology strategy, standards, and roadmaps.
• Drive improvements in code quality, performance, and resolution of technical debt.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and front-end development.
• Proficiency with TypeScript-based frontend frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of GraphQL, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience with Ionic and NGRX.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid foundation in object-oriented design principles and application architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building customer experiences across both mobile apps and websites.
