Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced technological solutions to address business process requirements.
• Own the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines.
• Guide and mentor team members to ensure professional standards and technical excellence.
• Analyze business processes to define clear technical implementation paths.
• Manage technical goals and ensure projects meet deadlines effectively.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in development automation.
• 1-2 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Expert proficiency in Python and Java.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Jenkins, Git, and Terraform.
• Demonstrable experience implementing CI/CD processes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tooling.
• Experience integrating with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
