Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead team development of BSW software for power electronics production projects including inverter and converter electronic controllers.
• Conduct requirements engineering and collaborate with internal and external customers to understand their technical needs.
• Define and document technical specifications for BSW components with accurate estimates and risk identification.
• Coordinate iteration planning and lead agile stand-up meetings for software development projects.
• Lead enhancement of controls and module architectures alongside strategic roadmap with cutting-edge technology advancements.
• Take responsibility for designated software tasks from design through development, integration and testing phases.
• Design, code and test software following AUTOSAR architecture and Automotive SPICE-compliant development processes.
• Work with multisite teams using AGILE methodology for collaborative software development projects.
• Assist in debugging through established problem-solving techniques and perform bench debugging activities.
• Interface with Systems engineering to ensure software requirements are properly understood and documented.
• Foster global and inclusive environment that engages peers in technical project reviews and code reviews.
• Ensure documented traceability from requirements through test cases for complete software lifecycle management.
• Mentor, influence and coach team members to enhance engineering skills and achieve shared goals.

Experience Required: 6-8 years total experience with 4+ years in automotive BSW development and 2+ years with AUTOSAR architect software and BSW competency leadership.

Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Electronics / Communication / Electrical / Power Electronics / Instrumentation
