Description

Manage the development and delivery of application layer software for body control modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage software development for electrical and electronic subsystems from concept through production.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including system, software, feature, supplier, manufacturing, and test engineering to drive development plans.
• Lead technical issue resolution forums and drive teams toward actionable solutions.
• Communicate project status, identify schedule risks, and execute recovery plans.
• Maintain the overall timing plan for Job1 delivery while ensuring compliance with ISO26262 and ASPICE guidelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management or software engineering.
• Proficiency in C++ and C for embedded software development.
• Experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR and QNX RTOS.
• Knowledge of automotive software development for vehicle features like climate control, lighting, and powered closures.
• Experience working within Agile methods.
• Proficiency using Jira for project tracking.
• Strong understanding of embedded software integration.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant engineering field.
