Description

Manage technical development and delivery of application layer software for body control modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage software development for electrical and electronic subsystems from concept through production.
• Interface with cross-functional teams including system, software, feature, supplier, and manufacturing to drive development plans.
• Lead technical forums to resolve complex issues and drive solutions to conclusion.
• Communicate project status, identify schedule risks, and develop recovery plans for Job1 delivery.
• Ensure all development, validation, and delivery processes comply with ISO26262 and ASPICE guidelines.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience in C/C++ embedded software development.
• 5+ years of experience delivering ASIL rated products to production.
• 3+ years of experience in software program management using Agile methods.
• Experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR and C++ implementation for QNX RTOS.
• Ability to manage the overall timing plan for Job1 delivery.
• Strong technical understanding of vehicle features such as lighting, climate control, and powered closures.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of software program management experience within the automotive domain.
• Knowledge of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and ISO26262 Functional Safety Standards.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and GitHub.
