Description

You will own the end-to-end quality assurance process to ensure developed solutions meet business requirements and remain defect-free.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute detailed test cases, scripts, and scenarios while maintaining user story traceability.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, including identification, remediation tracking, and coordinating results with development teams.
• Develop project test plans and test closure documentation in alignment with established policies and standards.
• Prepare test data and verify QA environment readiness, including interface applications.
• Facilitate sprint sign-offs by working with product owners to validate requirements and usability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software testing within Agile and Waterfall development environments.
• 7+ years of experience developing Agile testing strategies and test plans for multiple related projects.
• 7+ years of experience translating Agile User Stories into functional test cases and scripts.
• 7+ years of experience writing test scripts using automation tools.
• 5+ years of experience writing and documenting test cases in Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.
• 5+ years of experience testing Java-based applications and Oracle databases.
• 5+ years of experience working both independently and within team environments.
• Thorough understanding of manual and automation testing concepts and methods.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience coding in Java to write test automation scripts with Selenium.
• 5+ years of experience coordinating Agile automated testing with QA and development teams.
