Description

You will ensure the developed solution meets business requirements and is free of defects through manual quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scope and collaborate with the Business Analyst to ensure objective adherence.
• Develop test cases and complete Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) according to the project schedule.
• Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) training sessions alongside Business and Product Owners.
• Manage defect lifecycle, identifying QAT defects and tracking remediation against user stories.
• Participate in requirement and functional design document reviews to clarify needs.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of manual testing experience.
• Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile project teams.
• Thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to analyze and identify problems and defects in software applications.
• Proficiency in MySQL and Javascript.
• Experience with UAT processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
