Description

You will ensure developed solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects through manual quality assurance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand project scope and ensure objective adherence.
• Develop test cases and execute Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) according to the project schedule.
• Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) training sessions with Business and Product Owners.
• Manage the defect lifecycle, identifying QAT defects and tracking remediation against user stories.
• Participate in requirement and functional design document reviews to clarify needs.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of manual testing experience.
• Proficiency in MySQL and JavaScript.
• Experience with UAT processes.
• Thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile project teams.
• Ability to analyze and identify problems and defects in software applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
