Description

You will lead and review QA and functional testing for projects, preferably in Public Health.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate user acceptance testing on projects and support.
• Maintain test logs, review defects, and prioritize defects for resolution.
• Mentor and guide testing team members on testing best practices and feedback.
• Maintain test cases and test plans using Devops or relevant tools.
• Prepare testing closure documents, share testing metrics, and ensure priority defects are resolved before project transition to maintenance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience leading and reviewing QA and functional testing.
• 8+ years of experience coordinating user acceptance testing.
• 5+ years of experience maintaining and reviewing defect logs.
• 5+ years of experience mentoring testing team members.
• 5+ years of experience using Devops or relevant tools for test maintenance.
• 3+ years of experience with automated testing tools like Provar, Selenium, and Smartbear on large projects.
• Any Graduate education.
