Description

You will lead QA and functional testing for projects, preferably in Public Health.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review QA and functional testing initiatives.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain test logs, review defects, and prioritize them for resolution.
• Mentor testing team members on best practices and feedback.
• Prepare testing closure documents and share metrics to ensure priority defects are resolved before project transition.

Required Skills

• 8+ years leading and reviewing QA and functional testing.
• 8+ years coordinating user acceptance testing.
• 5+ years maintaining and reviewing defect logs.
• 5+ years mentoring testing team members.
• 5+ years using DevOps or relevant tools for test maintenance.
• 3+ years with automated testing tools like Provar, Selenium, and Smartbear on large projects.
• Any Graduate education.
