Description

Manage quality assurance for banking product releases in Bengaluru.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute manual and automation scripts aligned with product features.
• Perform exploratory, sanity, and regression testing to ensure release stability.
• Manage the defect lifecycle from initial identification through to resolution.
• Organize and execute test cases for releases using QA tools.
• Review requirements and testing documentation to validate coverage.

Required Skills

• Manual testing experience within the banking domain and product environment.
• Proficiency with Agile processes, methodologies, and ceremonies.
• Experience using Jira and Rally for test management.
• Strong understanding of defect management workflows.
• Ability to work independently and self-drive testing tasks.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Test automation experience using Selenium, Java, BDD/Cucumber, and TestNG.
• API automation testing using RestAssured or Postman.
• Experience with Zephyr, GIT, Bit Bucket, or DevOps execution tools.
