Description

You will support testing activities for Agency Services, ensuring effective communication between business representatives and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, integration, and system testing to validate business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop structured test scenarios, scripts, and regression packs prioritized by business needs.
• Track defects, coordinate re-testing, and manage issue escalation through the Test Team Manager.
• Produce test documentation, including activity schedules, progress charts, and written reports.
• Liaise with BAs, developers, and third-party providers to ensure appropriate test coverage and fit-for-purpose code delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Financials, specifically TRM.
• Proficiency in web-based testing and customer-facing interaction.
• Expertise in test planning, execution, defect tracking, and requirement analysis.
• Experience with Solman Test Suite, HPALM, TFS, or RQM.
• Ability to manage time, risks, and change management processes.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in automation testing.
