Description

Own the end-to-end testing lifecycle for software applications, ensuring quality through rigorous analysis, execution, and defect management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Development teams to define acceptance criteria during requirements and development phases.
• Create and execute test scenarios, plans, and scripts to validate business requirements and ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Perform system, functional, and integration testing, including regression testing and backend functional validation.
• Track, report, and manage defects using QA tools, coordinating retesting with business users and third-party teams.
• Support UAT activities, prepare status reports and dashboards for stakeholders, and manage quality assurance risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA requirements analysis and test planning.
• 5+ years of experience in test execution and defect tracking.
• Strong experience with QA tools such as HP ALM or similar platforms.
• Ability to review and enhance test plans for proper coverage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to act as a liaison between business units and testing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
