Description

You will manage testing activities for Agency Services, bridging communication between business representatives and technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional and integration testing to validate business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Develop structured test scenarios and scripts to ensure full coverage for test cycles and regression packs.
• Coordinate defect re-testing and monitor execution results to verify issue resolution.
• Produce test documentation, including activity schedules, progress charts, and written reports.
• Liaise with BAs, developers, and third-party providers to ensure code is fit-for-purpose before deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing roles.
• Proficiency with Solman Test Suite.
• Experience using HP ALM.
• Experience using TFS.
• Experience using RQM.
• Ability to manage test-related risks, issues, and change management.
• Strong capability in preparing meeting minutes and technical presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
