Description

You will own the quality assurance process for Salesforce applications within an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and execute test plans and suites in Azure DevOps based on customer requirements and user stories.
• Write positive and negative test cases tailored to Salesforce application needs.
• Collaborate with developers, vendors, and customers to define test scripts for new projects and functional enhancements.
• Identify automation frameworks and recommend improvements to the testing lifecycle.
• Develop automated test scripts and implement them within a Continuous Integration environment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Salesforce QA and testing experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• 4+ years of experience using the Azure DevOps Test Suite.
• Experience testing Salesforce Service Cloud, including Web Services, REST API, SOAP API, and Bulk API.
• Proficiency with testing tools such as SoapUI, Postman, or similar applications.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Production and Sandbox environments.
• Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and automation testing tools.
• Experience working within agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Working experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Experience participating in full Salesforce lifecycle implementations.
