Description

You will perform manual quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are defect-free.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases according to project schedules.
• Manage the defect lifecycle by tracking remediation and maintaining traceability to user stories.
• Facilitate defect triage meetings and collaborate with Tech Leads to ensure clear issue understanding.
• Prepare test data and verify QA environment and interface readiness.
• Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT) training sessions for testers and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of manual testing experience.
• Proficiency with MySQL and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to analyze software applications to identify and document defects.
• Certification in Quality Assurance testing or 24 semester hours of IT coursework.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and UI/UX Designers.
